Project Packaging - Challenge 1

Project Packaging is BACK! And now it will be documented every step of the way, so tune in every week to see what your fellow classmates are up against.

In the first challenge of the Portfolio Center creative competition, the 10 designers were tasked with finding a solution to a packaging problem while working within specific constraints. The challenge was to design "a bagged snack food (real brand)" using only 2 colors and 1 illustration style. The final package delivery should include an original flavor as well as an extension, total 2 packages. Guest Judge: Linda Doherty

And here are the results: A good variety to say the least.

All presented packages...

AND THE WINNER IS...

BAKEN-ETS
Judges felt that this was the most complete package, from concept, presentation and execution while still in keeping with the constraints for this challenge.

A close up, oink oink
